This is not one of my styles just one I found and uploaded but it has come to my attention that the xml files where not saved as xml so I have done this for you and added them as seperate attachments
OR
you can open RoughStuff-Expanded and RoughStuff-Fixed-770px files found in the attached zip in an editor and then save as an xml file.

how to install it. Where is the XML?

you need to open RoughStuff-Expanded or RoughStuff-Fixed-770px and then save as an xml file, but I have just done this and added the files to original post
