It really work man but there is an unwanted navbar appeared. It is blog.php. Since i don't install that plugin, how can i remove that navbar on my own?

In the header template I have wrapped the blog link with something like this:
<!----- blog link --->
THE LINK
</----- blog link --->

simply remove the link inside :)

very nice style, any chance of getting a fluid version if one exists?

In the header template look for;
PHP:
<table width="780" border="0"

change 780 to 100% that should work, but as i mentioned above my forum is currently down due to host moving servers so can't test it myself.
