Hey i just got a problem, i was switching hosting and when i uploaded the backup the language get mezzed up... like the accents words change to a ? and the ñ word change to a ? also.... i need a recover for it

let me see i will say this in spanish as i guess you speak spanish:
Bueno bro aqui el problema no seria tu vb es el soporte de lenguajes de tupropio host al no tener un soporte utf-8 en la mayoria de host con este problema no se despliegan correctamente los caracteres especiales de nuestro idioma como los acentos o la ñ te recomiendo que hables con tu host o cambies de el por que no te conviene sinceramente cya!
