That is correct.

It's quite misleading.

After about 2 hours of looking for a theme I liked for a new site, I finally found that one, thinking bonus, it's free, and found out I can't download it.

But the version I have, which came from vbTeam is no where near in date. Its 3.7.0 Release Candidate 3.

When I click find updated templates I have these options:
