1. I am looking to sell a site and forum which was used for a paid posting service. I haven't had the time for a few months to chase up posters and sort out the quality posters from the many who applied. Out of 10 applicants, you might only get one decent poster. Even then, they only seem to stick around till the first payment and then disappear. As a result, I have had to refund several orders over time.
If you think you have time to take this over, then PM for the URL as I am still completing orders. Both the main site and forum are PR2 and have been online since July 2007.

2. A graphics forum is in need of someone who can devote the time to populating it. I took it over from someone else about 10ish months ago because he had let it slide into spamdom.
