I'm assuming the way this one works is the top, left, and bottom borders(the green, raised border) are in a fixed position at all times and the content of the site is the part that actually scrolls.<br />
How would I go about doing this if I wanted to try a similar effect on my page?<br />

-Goalie35<!--content-->the borders could be (most likely) placed in cells in a table and the centre content could be in an iframe, also could be no iframe: <br />
on the left it could be two images (top and bottom of border) connected in the middle by a small cell with the background the same color as the border which would stretch , so when the page gets longer it looks like the border is also getting longer.<br />
I suggest you Download <!--more--> that template and look at the layout, that's how i learnt taking pieces of code apart seeing what they did<br />
