My site: HERE

Why is there no www. in front of my domain by default? I've noticed this at a number of sites recently...
it works just fine with a www infront

www is simply the default subdomain of the website, and for 99% of hosts, typing in the 2nd level domain (rusc) without the www infront simply shows the www subdomain contents.
I know it works without . I was wondering why I was in the 1% of websites that doesn't have the www subdomain... Is it possible for me to put this back in (I'm hosted with hosting-unlimited)...

I'm also a bit confused by what you mean by "shows the www subdomain contents"...
have you tried your site with the www. at the beginning?

you should try it...because you'll find out that you do have it. A lot of hosts will give you your site with www. and without it. This is normally done because some people are used to writing it and some people are used not to writing it, so your site will work both ways...is that not better than just style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />.
