What is the average pay for 'starter ' jobs at the BBC/ITV and Channel 4?

Ive looked on tehere websites and they dont state the pay. I want to know about assistant/ creative or sales/marketing jobs in those companies. Any one know? Do they pay over 20k?<br />

No it's not over 20k for the jobs you mention you would have to have a better position to get over 20k and those are not that easy to get.
