I have a stupid question: how works the keygen? It's automatic or I have to activate it? There is any tutorial to use it? Or just installing the vBulletin files posted here is enought?

what can i do to fix this issue?

i believe that you have to Chmod the correct director/path to where avatars are stored, so that it is allowed to upload avatars.

When i try to install vBulletin (this version) it says i cant connect....
