How come my user profile page still looks the same? It's still the 3.6.8 version... how do I alter this?

Edit: Seems to be a skin problem... default skin works. Damn.

Why is this happening to my members? I can post as admin, but mods and members get this error. Plus my mods can't mod anything (edit,delete etc).... omg help lol :(

yes, from the readme:

open the 'upload/includes/' folder. In this you will find config.php.new. You should rename this to config.php and then open it in a text editor. The config.php file is commented throughout, so you should be able to work out what values to enter for the variables yourself. When you have finished, save the file and then upload the entire contents of the 'upload/' folder to your web server.
When this is done, point your browser at http://[color=red]www.example.com/forums/[/color]install/install.php (where www.example.com/forums/ is the URL of your vBulletin) and proceed to click the Next Step buttons until the script asks to fill in some addresses and names for your board.

I need help guys. Since I installed beta3 and now beta4 my smilies and arrangement text tools, bb code or just all thread tools are not working... It's seams like they are frozen...
When I click on some smiley when posting a thread or replaying it and when I click some smiley or for example if I wanna bold or center the text nothing happen, smiley won't add into the text field and tools are not working ...
Help please ...

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

then you did something wrong in your config file ;) its not the database the forum is not connecting because some settings can be wrong in config.php

Is there an upgrade from beta to RC when it's out? If I install this beta will I be able to upgrade it to RC or Gold... or I have to reinstall the whole board with stable RC or gold.
