I would give it 99.99999% probability of being total B.S.!

ignore it!

and don't worry about it!

BTW is it possible to ask the service that you use to trace the origin of said message? There may be serious penalties for impersonating the FBI or other authorities.

Please report this to the FBI. This could possibly be a child predator stalking you. For your safety and that of your family please go to this web site http//www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm

Find your local or regional FBI Office and report this now.

Bit odd this one because i have just googled the above agency and it does exist. Still if the Feds do show up asking whether you are a Garry Glitter wannabe they will soon realise you are a 15 year old kid not some ancient old perve pretending to be 15. Dont worry about it even if it is genuine. Who knows what big brother is up to in cyberland

What it is saying is that the computer address seems to be involved in a chat, and the "other end" might be investigated as being involved with minors. You being the minor, possible that you are BEING solicited.

That is what it SAYS.
Now.. the FBI does not send emails, and if it was investigating anyone, do you think it would be stupid enough to send a NOTICE to someone, and give them the chance to run, or warn someone else? Or, would it be legal to send any notice to tell them that they have to stay in any location?
It might be that half of the kids getting an email like this.. MAY be actually in a risky online situation, and get scared enough to back out. That would not be a bad thing, actually.
But the content is fake, even if this could be a good thing to scare kids away from.
