Hey,<br /><br />My name is Daniel Baird and im currently working on a sculpture piece that deals with binary code and a simple arithmetic calculator (PEMDAS), and was looking for some help in aquiring the code. I really have no programming experience whatsoever but i was hoping that someone could lend a helping hand or guide me in what to do.<br /><br />What i am aiming for, is aquiring all the binary code for a simple calculator to work on a computer. Im a little unclear on how this would work or how to get it and i am not looking for all the possibilities of calculations from this calculator of course. I know that would be infinite! Just the essential functions to make it work. To get these ones and zeros, would i have to choose a certain programming language for the calculator code? Or is there a general, overriding system that works underneath the language used to program that would allow this to be aquired? I apologize if this is an oblivious question but i am truly in the dark for these matters. any help will be greatly, greatly appreciated. thanks!<br /><br />-dan
