Im making a script to host images(like imageshack.us) with a new option, the guest can receive the links via email and also upload SWF, PDF, ZIP if you like.
you can modify all! i make all to be config from the config file, you just need to modify it and do the changes like maximun file size, maximun bandwith for the images.
you can ban ip's or site's, can ad a logo or text in the header, ad or quit file extensions and a square of verification to agree the terms of service.
It will have that and more but im wondering about if anybody like it.
