I have a few owned vBulletin licenses for sale. My host is a lame "unlimited everything" host and over-sold space. They don't really like the forums since their resources are limited. It doesn't really matter, though, because their MySQL server kept going down. I am moving hosts, but plan on getting rid of a few licenses. I would sell them for $125 each.
