Obviously this is for Excel ==<br /><br />Is there a way to run a function over an entire range?<br /><br />Example:<br />I have a whole range that I need to pull information from ($A:$A). The column is a column of dates. I need to count all of the dates that are within this year (2006). This spreadsheet will be around for a long time and I like to try to make everything maintenance free, so I can automate the changing of the year with =YEAR(NOW()). But how can I =COUNTIF() and find the =YEAR() of the whole range?
