You can start by reading my post above. DGT must of included the keygen authenticate.php in the non-keygen release by mistake, i didnt want to repackage their release so i just stripped out the customer authentication and uploaded the single file.

Just unzip my file and upload to your install directory and overwrite the original.

i upload vBB 3.7 gold_keygen to my host then i CHmod all the file and folder to 777 but when i run /install/install.php i got an error

Did you CHMOD the files back after running the keygen and before running the upgrade?

Also do you have a .htaccess? 500 errors are often due to htaccess misconfigurations.

When i go to Upgrade Step 5/5 it tells me to delete init.php in /install. When i've done that i'll get this:

Just my 2 cents,

DGT is a good releaser team, and i don't think they can make a mistake like that. Actually i even have doubts if null is done by DGT

mine also did this. i am guessing since RC4 had many major updates, they just built the installer on RC4 without changing the actual name of it. mine is working great tho

I download both versions from DGT forum!
I am a moderator here why would I screw my position up here by posting fake DGT null???????????????
