@ Morpheus = Hahaa, I was looking for that last night when i was upgrading my board.... lol
@ Lacroi = This is because the files uploaded did not overwrite the old ones. You used cPanel file manager too extract the zip, correct? Won't work, upload the files manually.
@ Sh4d0w = In your FTP/cPanel File Manager, right click, and select where it says "CHMOD". CHMOD is just file permissions (can access/cant access) etc.

I had actually posted this to the wrong thread about 30 minutes ago, I deleted this post from that thread and reposting it to the correct thread.
#2 States that you should CHMOD all files to 777 to write the new data to the files.
Then the WARNING States Not to forget to return the CHMOD back before you start using the forums.
Not all of the files had the same CHMOD did they?
What CHMOD do you return them to?
I did the CHMOD 777 without looking to see what everything was before doing so.
What To Do Now?
What Do I CHMOD All The Files Back To?

I received the follow error trying to upgrade to 3.7.2.
Any ideas?
All files are Present and Accounted for.
The file class_bitfield_builder.php is CHMOD to 644 and the Folder Includes is CHMOD 755
I'm stuck.

Well,... I'm still unable to get my vB to upgrade but i have a question,...
Once done using the Keygen.php and getting your Licence Number and Customer Number, Does this give you the ability to use the vBulletin.org site using that info? Or does it still not work and you need a purchased copy of it from them?

I wont even click on a link to them from here. I alway use copy shortcut.
I know they have systems to track where people have clicked from and what websites they have just visted to get to them so thats why i always just copy the url and open a new window and then paste it in the address bar.
Heck they can track your IP, Web Browser, Screen Resolution. Your OS, Country, ETC,...

I figured out what my problem was with the error message above!
Using Hoxxy Upgrade Post Step #5 says to CHMOD the files and Directories Back to 644 and 755 then do either your Install or Upgrade.
Well,... The only way i was able to get mine to work was to do the Upgrade First after doing the KeyGen and then CHMOD all the files and Directories back after Upgrade finished.
I'm not sure if others had that issue or not but that was the only way to resolve mine.
So far everything seems to work except for some missing images which i need to re-upload, No biggie. I made a backup of the whole directory and database before upgrading so i just need to work on it.

Is this a better release to use than mafia's version? Since this one has a keygen for the board or does it even matter what version I use? I have mafia's version installed right now, but will just over right DGT's version on mafia's if that will work ok with out messing up my forums.
